All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99. 

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shauq is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or service disruptions.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
